Our mission is to serve individuals and their families in our community who suffer from anxiety, depression, and/or isolation, which often leads to self-medicating with substances. We aim to connect individuals with treatment options and services through a network of established partnerships.

The Impact Foundation LA was incorporated in California on June 4, 2021. It was founded by Victoria in honor of her son, Chace Taylor Malone, who tragically passed away due to an overdose that same year.

We focus on supporting individuals dealing with mental health challenges, substance misuse, and those in need of wellness and recovery resources within the La Crescenta/Montrose, CA community and surrounding areas.

Our work honors the legacy of Chace Taylor Malone, whose memory inspires everything we do. The Impact Foundation LA Inc. is the official 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization behind our mission. Under this umbrella, CV Cares is a community coalition made up of 12 sectors working together to prevent substance misuse. CVHS Cares is the youth-led club at Crescenta Valley High School, empowering students to take an active role in this mission. Together, these names represent the different parts of our united effort to build healthier communities.
